Immaginaria – Cooperativa sociale onlus is a non-for-profit organization and social enterprise founded in Benevento, Italy, in March 2011. 
Our team includes cultural workers, professional artists and performers, project designers, communication and PR managers, supported by a score of young volunteers. Our mission is to provide cultural and socio-educational animation to our local community, with the aim of empowering social inclusion and improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups (children, youth, disabled, migrants and refugees). 
We also work internationally, especially within the Erasmus+ framework, as a hub for capacity-building and exchange of best practices for youthworkers, cultural animators and social educators.

Immaginaria believes that “Art” is a powerful way to:

– empower personal development through proactive involvement;
– promote attitudes of active citizenship and social inclusion;
– fight racism, support multiculturalism, learn and embrace diversity;
– lay the foundations for a long-term, sustainable community development.
